Helpdesk Technician


Job Description

OutScope is looking for a Helpdesk technician with a proactive, dynamic, creative profile, with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

The employee will join the migration and development team for new projects in Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange environments.

Relevant Skills

Professional experience although long experience is not required; as long as the basics knowledge and the willingness to evolve permanently exist;

Academic training at higher education level (preferential);

Solid knowledge in advanced administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange;

Residence in the metropolitan area of Lisbon;

Driving license;

Sense of responsibility, autonomy and proactivity;

Ease of working as a team.


Microsoft Certifications;

Experience in the management of systems for several clients in an outsourcing regime in conjunction with the DSI;

Experience in migration, implementation and project management activities that include, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Windows Server;

Experience in supporting users after migration;

Perfect understanding of written and spoken English.
