Service Desk Technician



Minimum experience 2 years

English Language – Fluent (eliminatory)

Autonomy and organizational capacity

Ease of communication

High analytical and problem-solving capacity

Availability to do “on-call” prevention service


Ticket sorting

Telephone assistance

Remote and presential support

Analysis and troubleshooting of users in a multiclient environment – Windows and MacOS:
– Virus / Malware on end-user
– Scan and print problems
– Desktop applications (installation, configuration and screening)
– Support installation and configuration of Apps on Android and iOS systems
– Email, Spam, Webmail sending errors
– Files Restore

Proven experience with technical issues involving applications and Windows operating systems:
– Active Directory Management
– Fileshare Permissions
– Implementation of GPOs

Office 365 and Cloud 365 administration experience

Screening and troubleshooting in Linux environment

Technical knowledge of networking from the perspective of troubleshooting problems: WAN, LAN and VPN

Experience in virtualized environments – Hardware modification in VMs

Execution of backup verification / resolution routines and equipment alarms

Maintenance and review of technical documentation
